We’re in Valley Forge National Park, resting on this remarkable tree that’s still to life yet pushing the ground, with these deep revealed origins. It’s a wonderful place to practice reflection, a grounding reflection.
There are days when we really feel upset as well as unrooted, there are times when we seem like we’re simply living in our head. Well, it’s easy just a plan, even momentarily, as well as practice some deep breathing with your feet on the ground.
1-Minute Grounding Meditation
- Take a seat with your feet on the ground
- Take a deep breath in. Feel your body as you inhale.
- Take a lengthy breath out. Notification your body as you breathe out.
- Follow your breath in and out.
- Rest your mind on your belly or your breast or at your nostrils.
- Just realize as you take in and also conscious as you breathe out.
The tree we were resting under is that tiny yellow place in the center of the above scenic picture of Valley Forge National Park.
