I merely spent a week teaching in Dublin at The Yoga Hub as well as in Belfast at Flow Studio Yoga where I satisfied several of the coolest individuals around. The Irish individuals, culture as well as country blew me away. From the cozy, sparkling setting of a superb pub to the emerald environment-friendly cliffs that make you feel movie theater deserving. All I could claim is I can not wait to return-- it really felt like house.
